O Coro Vox Laci de São Domingos de Rana
realizará, (Segunda a Quinta antes da Páscoa) a
Semana Internacional de Canto
Coral Infantil, com direcção de Myguel Santos e Castro e
participação de um maestro/maestrina convidado/a.
Esta semana, que decorrerá ,de novo, na Escola Secundária de
S.D.Rana, das 9h-18h, tem como objectivo introduzir as crianças, dos
7
aos 13 anos , técnicas de canto coral e repertório específico
para as suas idades, mostrando que esta vertente musical,
para além de ser muito divertida, é também didáctica e
pedagógica.
Nota: os participantes devem ter no mínimo 7 anos e o
máximo de 13 anos até ao dia do Concerto Final.
Língua Falada: português e inglês
Ao longo desta iniciativa, para além dos ensaios dirigidos
pelos Maestros, terão também lugar actividades ligadas à
música e à dinâmica de grupo. As actividades terminarão com
o Concerto Final , às 19h na Igreja Torre D´Aguilha (entrada livre)

Sanna
Valvanne is an inspiring children's and youth choir conductor originally
from Finland. She is known for her Creative
Choral Method - Making Music Body and Soul,
which approaches singing from a holistic perspective, combines movement and
drama with vocal expression and grows out of her background in music, dance
and theater. Since 1994 Sanna has been invited as a clinician and guest
conductor to share her method and enthusiasm with choirs around the world.
Currently she is working in the US as the new artistic director of the North
American Choral Company. Sanna sang with the world-famous Tapiola Choir for
13 years and for five years was the choir's vocal trainer and conductors'
assistant. In 1998 Sanna graduated with her Master's Degree in music from
the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. Her children's and youth choir program,
with the Kameleontti-choirs in Finland, received rave reviews. Featuring
songs from around the world with their fresh and dynamic approach, Sanna and
the choirs' popularity led to an ongoing series of TV programs on the
Finnish National Broadcasting Company. Apart from music education, Sanna is
a singer, songwriter, actor and a versatile performer. She has performed her
songs in concerts, theatres and television.

Anna- Katharina Lubrich studied elementary- musical
education and singing in the hanover conservatory. She grew up in a
very musical family, therefore she has always been singing. Herself
being a long time member of the „Kehrwieder-Kinderchor“
(pricewinning in the german choir competition) she has a natural
approach to childrens voices. During her academic studies she took
courses of famous german conductors, such as Prof. Gudrun Schröfel,
(hanover) or Brigitte Siebenkittel (hamburg). Recently Anna-
Katharina Lubrich has been working as a voice teacher with the
Kehrwieder-Kinderchor, as well as with the elementary classes of the
Hanover Boys-Choir, and the elementary classes of the Hanover Girls-
Choir. Also she has been working as a voice teacher in several
workshops for conductors.In
september 2007 she founded her own childrens-choir in the
Kestnerschule- Hannover. A joyful and lively way of singing is what
keeps her working.

Susanne
Drdack was born in Elmshorn in 1972. She started taking music lessons at the age
of six and learned to play the piano, accordion, violin and later cello. After
having finished school she studied piano at the “Konservatorium Hamburg” and
graduated as music teacher at the “Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg”.
She is working as a teacher for piano and accordion at the music school in
Elmshorn.She further conducts an accordion orchestra, a junior accordion orchestra and
three choirs. With one of these choirs, the “ensemble elmshorn”, she
participated in the German Choir Contest 2006.
Susanne Drdack holds a scholarship for orchestra and choir masters from the
“Deutscher Musikrat” (German Music Council) and attended national and
international choir master seminars.
